  • Shipping container available for storage of miscellaneous items during the event.

  • Covered lounge area available for the bridal party prior to the ceremony.

  • Bridal suite rental option available at an additional cost.

  • Music must end by 11 PM, and guests vacate the property by midnight.

  • Venue available the day before for setup and until noon the following day for cleanup.

  • A cleaning and damage deposit of $1,500 is required with the final payment and will be returned after the event.

  • Beer, coolers, and wine only; no hard liquor permitted.

  • Smoking permitted in designated areas only; No marijuana use on the property

  • Chairs for the ceremony and reception are available in two options.

  • Rectangular tables (90” x 30”) that seat 8-10 people.

  • White, floor-length tablecloths (156” x 90”) are professionally cleaned and pressed.

  • A solid wood dance floor (18’ x 18’).

  • There is a 6 ft wood bar available.

  • A ceremony arbor is offered with a few options to choose from.
